OperHand Website Terms

These terms govern use of the OperHand website by visitors. They are not the agreement that governs use of the OperHand application: pharmacies using the Service are bound by the separate Customer Agreement accepted inside the application.
Using this site. The OperHand website is for information about the Service. Content is provided "as is" for general information and is not billing, legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
Trial requests. Submitting the trial-request form is a request for access, not a contract. Access to the Service, and any trial, is governed solely by the Customer Agreement accepted inside the application.
Exposure self-check tool. If we offer a calculator or self-check tool, its output is an illustrative estimate only, based on the numbers you enter, not billing, audit, legal, or professional advice and not a representation about any audit outcome. No patient data is collected by it.
Who may use the site. The site and the trial form are for persons 18 or over acting for a pharmacy business.
No reliance. Information on this site is a general description of the Service. The Customer Agreement is the only source of our commitments to you.
Intellectual property. The site, the OperHand name and logos, and all content are owned by Heaven Surge Inc. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Third-party names are the property of their owners.
Acceptable use. No scraping, probing, or interference with the site; no misleading submissions.
Third-party links. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heaven Surge Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.
Governing law. These terms, and any dispute about this website, are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any such dispute must be brought in the courts of Ontario.
